Why GLN could be one of the best baggers on the ASX IMO., page-93

Another reality check,

GLN ~175mill shares fully diluted @$2 is a MC is $350mill, GXY current at ~$820mill MC

Do we really think that GLN is worth  nearly half of GXY MC when GXY have an operational plant, good cashflow, $280mill in the bank and a large portion of HM with JORC...

IMO, part of the issue here is the spruikers valuations are based on the Lithium bubble of 12 months+ ago, not the new normal. Valuations may  increase of course as supply/demand plays out of the coming months/years, but that is unknown at this stage.

So assuming decent grades and the geology plays out as predicted, then a valuation of 80c-$1 in the next 12 months is both realistic and probably in my opinion, thats in the range of $150-200m MC which feels about right.

Hope the spruikers are right and I am wrong, just trying to be realistic
