That's my gut feeling as well. I jumped ship to go all in TLS to sell into their buy back. As a self-funder the tax benefit is like shooting fish in a barrel.
The buying has looked knowledgable to me, tapering a bit today. 69c is a low ball price with the news over the last week. It feels like they've been shaking the bushes but I couldn't take the risk to hold for a maybe.
Usually I would ride a takeover like this right out but TLS is a sure thing, too good to pass up.
