Gm- I agree a 65 oil price and AUD of 70 is good enough for DLS, but cash costs vs sale price is not true margin. You have keep drilling to maintain production and finding new reserves . There are taxes and corporate costs. All these make real margins often a lot lower

Anyway, biggest cost that you missed is the lousy deals that Drillseach did in the last three years. I hope it doesn't happen again and another Bauer like discovery occurs.
