I don't know about it all being an "Autoroute 199" French job though as I helped SP gain half a cent by pulling my piddling, long time sell [20,500 @48.5c] at the death knell which allowed a 49c close.
You are right Auto that a Balai investment decision soon could well be the catalyst for an SP in the 50s.
A canny investor was quite willing to pay up to 49.5c for a stake of nearly 90k shares in ROC at the 2PM closing auction which saw about 120k shares change hands in total.
