Yeah, I listened to the Podcast from Jeremy Hook a while back. And did my own research, even included the Chinese news and announcements from Yanzhou Coal, which is listed in Hong Kong. So far, I couldn't see a real risk, as the deal seems to be progressing well. The only issue I have is that there is no details of the upcoming Yancoal listing on ASX website, but again, the ASX website doesn't provide good way of organizing of information, from my experience.
The return based on today's share price is over 50% in a couple months. An investment that good is too good to be true, that's why I am a bit skeptical...
