Yes bolkin I largely agree with your sentiments. In addition I see (from a distance) no reason for Dudley to sell at all, in the 9 yrs I have followed these guys closely they have never sold a share other than on a takeover. I would assume that Dudley is still worth well over $100m so why sell the shares that could possibly cover the losses from this recent business mishap. In regards to him resigning from the board it seems this is the normal course of events in these circumstances as mentioned in the article of 6th March in the Daily News "Administrator Michael McCann said it was not uncommon for company directors to resign from other positions if certain of their interests were subject to intervention".
I think it has been clear that Dudley has been distracted for some time by this other business venture thus him putting in place the new management some months ago. This is in my opinion a very good move for the shareholders including Dudley.
