yes dudley has got a few outside problems and he is going to need to sell his shares, but it looks like the sp has bottomed, i belive it was another seller who was selling down, not Dudley
throughout all of this the SNN shareprice has hardly moved, you think it would be coming down in line with the offer price but it has not.
There is still a good buy , sell ratio at the moment, nearly two to one.
I know the directors are highly commited to the company and project, just how much you will be able to see in the next couple of days when it will be revealed who are the buyers of Dudleys stock.
I have been told that there is money on the sidelines from people close to the company that can be used to top up the coffers as things are looking a bit thin.
You need to ask yourself, why go to all the bother and expense of the SNN transaction if the managment were not confident of adding value, assuming of course that they are a competant managment team and on past record they have a great history of adding value.
