    Flyboy, I looked at the IRM posts. You are right its not a glowing endorsement. I think what is smacks of though is naivety not crookery. However, no matter the reason, bad publicity is bad publicity.

    This is new information and like all professionals, one revises one interpretation as new information comes to hand.

    I still think David Zohar is good for TMX but I am absolutely sure Keith Wells would not have put himself in such a position.

    So does on want a 60 mph sure and steady (Keith) or a 100 to 0 mph (David). In a junior, provided and only provided integrety and honesty are equal in each, I'd still go for David with Keith as a No 2.In BHP I'd go for Keith and David would not get consideration.

    I need to think through this new information but my current, un deliberated instinct, is that David would would be a more creative CEO of TMX than Keith with Keith providng the dots on the "i's and the crosses on the "t"s. Howver this is is not an option at the AGM

    Either way, I dont see it as a big deal. Both are able and competant people. I would not like to lose Keith Wells from TMX
