Tim don't forget the Melbourne project was just a development site that Crown owns 5050 with a JV partner. it's contributing zero to current earnings and also costing near nothing. My thesis on CWN ignores ancillary future profits from development sites like this. Poster above looking for $15 on this stock. I honestly think this is a $20 stock once Sydney Crown is complete, established and it's trading and recognition globally is realised circa 2 years post completion. This is not going to be just another building. Everyone and I mean everyone is going to be talking about this asset once it towers over Australia's most famous skyline.
