I'm still in the early stages of researching this one but have to agree with you so far. I first got interested when they restructured and simplified the business as I think they've got two great mature businesses that can spin off
income (Perth and Melbourne) and then a big growth leg in Sydney. Reading the recent James Packer book it also became pretty clear that they will no longer take risky punts overseas etc. in the future and are going to be managed as conservatively as a gaming company can possibly be.
