    The tilt-up walls have started on the new lab this morning and it will seriously dwarf the others. Watching the previous lab being built, I would think they would have this finished before Xmas. So is it any wonder CPB want this bid finalised?

    The CPB argument regarding FY11 guidance fades by the minute.
