I expect this to move above $1 when it is near the time for announcing the distribution of 12%. Remember that it is a distribution of capital gains which means that the discount method may apply to unit holders and only 50% is included into assessable income. The effective distribution is therefore higher than 12%. Where else can you get a forward return like this? I think that is why many instos are in RRT positioning themselves. After this, I think that there is likely to be regular distributions.
