    BTW: All shareholders think that their company is worth much more, that is the reason they are in. Or do you believe I would sell SBM at that discount? LOL. But a premium of 40 % thats a lot of money. IMHO.

    Lets see whatever will be decided and negotiated.

    Together we would be quite strong and could profit from synergies.
