If it comes to what a company is worth - during a takeover for example - the shareprice should reflect very quickly what the company is worth really.
It seems to me that shareholders of CAH either do not trust the offer or they do not believe that the company is worth that much. Otherwise why should people sell well below the offer.
So relax and be happy. Wait what the markets will tell you during the next days.
