I think it maybe fair to assume BAL is on the regulator's radar, particularly post the camperdown debacle. So they are among companies that are probably watched closely.

As we all know there is an excess no. of approved brands, approvals have slowed down significantly and regulation is getting more stringent. There is no doubt what receiving the approval would mean to the company and stock lol, but you can say the same for every other co. that has yet to receive their approvals.
