Having personally attended as an observer the NICE committee meeting evaluation of RECELL in Manchester I can report the single biggest issue was the lack of independent economic modelling, that would allow the NHS to recommend the use. BARDA funding has fixed this and a return to many markets with tailored economic data will be very rewarding when they get to it.
