Recells patents in my recollection are to do with the device ?? About spraying skin? Correct??

The AVH device is just a warming pad battery ,and a kidney dish with filter ,container and spray nozzle all sterilised in a kit.

Just to be clear none of the enzyme or buffer are patented by Avita as far as I know and if they are can you provide the details?

Renovacare case proved that as any company can use same enzyme a and buffer ? This is very important as generic will be instant competition and margins will dive at some point in 6 years or less if someone else decides to manufacture and get FDA approved a different warmed kidney dish kit .

Nothing IMO stops a surgeon doing the same preparation in a warmed kidney dish, filtering and spraying it on to a wound and not paying AVH $5000now or previously $1500. Reimbursement is the only issue but in a private setting why wouldn't a surgeon be doing so?
