barely 5 weeks ago ZYL was offered an 18 mil loan from a chinese bank.

i'm no expert but usually banks don't like lending money to businesses who are unlikely to pay it back.

granted, ZYL wont be getting the whole $18 mil up front, but nevertheless if you were a creditor would you even bother entering into a discussion with an entity who you thought posed too much risk?
