I see the options are still a topic for discussion. There have been many possible explanations put forward for this - all conjecture.

Tazmac could be right, perhaps the Director in question is over committed at the moment, and just can't raise the cash. I know many people, myself included, who at times can have a massive mismatch in cash flow - asset rich/cash poor. It happens.

I still come back to my earlier point, greatly boosted now, that those who hold small or NO holdings in a company are more than welcome to post, but serious holders should take their comments with a grain (kilo) of salt.
