this stock is a bit of an enigma to me. no doubt, like my fellow shareholders it is disappointing to see it at these levels, but what i can't fathom is that not so long ago there were offers on the table, so there must be something there.

on the same token with little news and some missed timelines combined with the absence of information and negative views on HC it doesn't take much to drag this down on low volume, and a look at the chart over the past few months shows the downward movements have mostly been on low volume, like bleeding to death slowly.

it did cross my mind that if the expressions of interest were rejected due to them being low-ball offers, that perhaps the suitors would get the price they wanted by downselling first (a long stretch perhaps). not sure. will leave it in the bottom drawer for now.
