It will not look good for international relations between Australia and India if IRL doesn't get the Aravalli project. However HZL has many powerful friends in the Government.
HZL should just takeover IRL, with an offer over 1 cent and they'll get the lot. Although the Surda mine contract would be a burden.
Now that IRL shareprice is back at .003c you can only say that there have been many poor decisions that has put IRL in this position.
