i think that is spot on. some seed investors have had money in this for 18months plus when the original plan was for an IPO to take place 9 or 10 months ago. a big chunk of that seed capital are however not sellers down here and nor will they be for some time so i expect that once this angry shareholder has liquidated i expect things to settle.
Bottom line is though at 20c a 50mn mkt cap is, by all my maths, hard to justify. The companty needs to get forsayth pumping and some other projects underway or there will be little support for this one.
