Correct, given it was the MD of Fonterra Australia it would have an export focus but the key message I picked up with the sheer growth in demand and how this was going to be needed at the farm level. To replay some perspective the annual global growth rate exceeds the current entire production in Australia, so when is AHF going to get on with it and move to capture some of this growth both in terms of production given the current opportunity and in market share in the Asian segment where the demand growth is the highest.
Capital is at its lowest point in a long time with our OCR at 1.5%, even Telstra is picking in on the low cost of funds by issuing a $1Bn bond facility and it was declared as for general corporate activity.
There are acquisitions sitting out there right now looking for buyers and AHF has a unique business model. Even the mozzarella on pizza's in China is a giveaway to an opportunity in the north waiting to happen.....buffalo milk.
Damnnit get peddling faster...or get a new bike.
