The two strike rule will remove all non-executive directors, in this case it means Michael Hackett and Adrian Rowley but not Peter Skene. Now if it comes to the point of a second strike at the AGM later this year they can dance around the argument that they are actually executives and I am sure there are quite a few that would enjoy that debate too.
