As we are approaching Good Friday we have also been witnessing the trial of MH and AR being played out over the last few weeks. The chief architects of this trial being AO and KK and a cast of a few others. The jury seems to be out deliberating what the verdict should be. This is not Jerusalem and the accused are not from another world.

Shareholders have rights which must be honoured and respected and the current Board have a contractual obligation to respond to the cries of the shareholders. Why the Board remains tight lipped, shareholders can speculate the reasons. One thing that is certain is that they have had sufficient time to implement whatever strategies they may have conceived and shareholders should already be seeing some fruits of this. So far nothing tangible has come to fruition and this is certainly poor management. It appears that the lack of experience managing a dairy company is evident in the terrible two and they should hand over the reins to persons of experience who can turn the company around. This could be to sell off their interests to parties who have the finance and experience to take over or simply to appoint new blood who have the vision to progress forward. I am in favour of the former.

AO from what I read in his posts has parties with experience and possibly financial resources to buy out the present mob and hence it would be appropriate that dialogue should commence asap. If nothing is done the company will be run to the ground by the present management and shareholders will have no hope in getting a return on their investments. I do believe that PS should remain as he has experience in this field and this resource should be tapped.

This company needs to be resurrected and we need a Messiah.

This is my view and I do hope that something is done very quickly.
