I am new to this stock, only because WHSP has taken 13.25%. I am a fan of the Millners and hold SOL and SOE (the latter being taken out by SOL at moment much to the delight of most shareholders). My view is that Millners must have done their research on EXS and at.195 to me it looks a good buy and hold. I do not yet know the fundamentals of the stock but have been watching a steady drop which is a bit baffling.
