The thing is he didn't aquire the shares from other holder he was given brand new shares. That is why he paid what he paid. Also those shares where specifically to raise $$$ for the projects so they said we need x amount of money so we are offering x amount of shares @ $2.75.
They would have hoped for a SP on that to.
