By the looks of the number of my fellow shareholders on HC who've taken up their full $15k entitlement, we can expect the SPP to be way over subscribed & a significant scale back. Not so great for us, but a great show of faith for WTP and along with the money from the recent Insto raising firms up their balance sheet big time.
