Lukeben, without wishing to offend anyone, IMHO I'd be very wary of taking any advice/knowledge from the iii site - quality of posting (with just a few exceptions) is very poor, and I certainly wouldn't br relying on any 'technical knowledge' from there. Try TMF, ADVFN (though this is often very 'noisy' also) or Stockopedia.
