What I find somewhat peculiar, and no doubt others as well, is that our benefactor purchased 800k @ 50 cents only a fortnight ago.

I don't believe he has accumulated his 3% entitlement for this six month period, but he supposedly purchases on his own behalf, his company and for other related parties.

One can only assume he has lost interest, which is very doubtful.
Ran out of funds, only he would know.
Realised he paid over the odds when he bought from Bromley, has taken his bat and gone home, even more unlikely than the first option.
Sit it out for awhile until his solicitors clear up that little matter with the form 604. Which is probably the reason he isn't accumulating like the rest of us at these bargain prices.


I'm sure there are other scenarios that make as little or more sense than these.
