    if VIL tried to raise $5/600000
    through the SH , to drill FP?
    They already have around $600,000

    Suppose it would be All or nothing
    so most would be obliged to go with it.
    some wouldnt!
    Id give FP a shot, nothing to loose now!
    could even make .002 on plan.

    Could be their next move IMO IMO IMO
