Who's emergency?

Bought some shares based on an article about Prana in an AARP publication. This was over ten years ago when AARP reported that Prana was taking a different/novel approach to dealing with Alzheimer's disease.  
Have been here ever since, following the information in the posts (big thanks to Pivalde, Skint, etc.) occasionally buying or selling, managing to lose a decent amount of money, but always intrigued by the possibilities of Prana's approach of using attenuators.  Ten years plus ago...it was purely an investment with possibilities.  Now, with the passing of time, things have changed.  I now have family members who could potentially benefit from Prana's attenuators, yet things d--r--a--g on moving at a snail's pace.  Yes, there are difficulties, snags, FDA problems, etc. which can account for some of the delays, but...

Upon thinking about it - I own the "emergency" as well as other folks with family members afflicted by problems these drugs might benefit.  I don't see any "big rush" to move things along.  Why should there be?  The folks running this company make a fine paycheck (Notice all those incentives, and giveaways that passed handily (just a few days ago) for the whigs running the show.  Actually, the AGM seemed more focused on "their paychecks/options/etc." than anything else.   
'Oh the results of the small studies (phase 1) partially completed may be available sometime in the 1st half of 2019, but we're usually later than our target date....so you get it when we feel like it, just keep our paycheck, options, etc. coming.'  (the preceding is my interpretation of the message.)

As I said in a former post - no raises this year from me >>> time for some performance, but I'm a lone voice in the wilderness.  Strangely, I don't think I'm totally alone in my concerns about the speed and efficiency with which things are being accomplished. 

Is anyone else out there annoyed, frustrated, concerned, with the limited results, long slow time-lines, and lack of information/communication from our well compensated leadership?  Or am I alone in feeling that this cow is being milked and unfortunately, the development of the attenuators is not the emergency here?
