Remember that all these extra shares just to the directors will be bought with borrowed money from the company.  Not one cent will come from the directors.  If there is a takeover of say 1 pound per share, then these same directors will pocket 4-5 million pounds plus.  This is after they approved another 120+ million options to go into the 'employees incentive scheme'.  Have a look at the wording of who are eligible to take up this huge amount of options.....you guessed it, the directors, and our CEO NM, will score the bulk of these options.  Again, in the wording as per the AGM Report, should a take over occur before these options expire, they can all be converted to fully paid shares at any time.  If there is a takeover in the next year or two, as is expected by most investment forums and brokers, the holders of these options will make a killing for little/no risk, as one would presume that the accepted takeover offer will be well over the 60 pence conversion value.  This then reduces the value for all other share holders who held shares, including DGR, because their percentage of shares held in the company reduces accordingly.  With BHP and or Newcrest holding up to 25% interest, a full combined takeover by both of them reduces how much they would have to pay by the 25% already held.

I think a takeover offer would reflect the overall value of the resources expected to be mined, the costs involved in extraction, etc., so the value will be xxx billion dollars, which is then divided by the number of shares on issue, before a value is then placed per share.  Another 145 million shares will not increase any value in the overall worth of the company......just makes a lot of money for those who are eligible to take up the 60 pence options.  This is an outrageous example of directors extracting up to 50 million pounds for themselves (1 pound minus 60 pence = 40 plus pence profit X 140,000,000 options).....what happens should the price be more than 1 pound per share......1.45 million pounds profit per 1 pence extra).  It will not affect the new owner too much because they own and retain the initial 60 pence per share conversion, but certainly takes a huge chunk of any profit from the owners of the other shares.  Another point to be considered, should our directors only sell initial resource declared and retain the other 72 potential permit areas, the Directors and new option owners will retain the same number of shares in these other interests.  No money down by new option owners until presumably a takeover offer is accepted.......this could be worth hundreds of millions of pounds to Directors and 'employees'.

No prizes as to who will get the most benefit from these 60p options........5 million from the Directors pool and how many from the 'employees incentive scheme............NM once more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
