The longer the delay in any announcement, the more likely that BOW shareholders will walk away with a premium price.
Arrow are trying to "steal" the business from us shareholders for a well below par price.
I am confident that the BOW directors will well represent our interests and a $2+ price tag will eventuate. However, I expect another month of silence until we get to anywhere near a final agreement.
