    Anyone know roughly how long it will take to finalise the state agreement on the rail line? Surely that will be a massive mover for RTA.

    Would be hard for someone to take over RTA given Todd Corp aquiring such a big percentage you would think?

    Seems to be something happening behind the scenes though??
