Its time to bring those infrastructure aspirations forward with a low iron ore price making steel production very affordable! IMO.
Chinese steel mills should convince Indian Prime Minister Modi to do likewise whilst record low iron ore prices exist, China can produce the steel needed to construct Modi's infrastructure plan now and it won't be any cheaper when Indian steel producers like NMDC are able to ramp up production in coming decades! IMO.
