    I accept that BHP/RIO don't want too much supply but I think they are going a bit too 'rambo' about it for their own good.IMO

    Everyone know's they hold the trump cards being the lowest cost producers
    With faltering demand and IO in the 60s they can go the full scorched earth policy by ramping up production in this situation - but it seems they are willing to spoil their own nest to show everyone who's boss

    you say AGO and MGX should have done much better but BHP SP is at levels of about 8 years ago despite the biggest resource boom ever ??

    BTW yes a have a small holding of MGX but I bought in 40s sold most around the $2 mark and only have a minimal holding now - I admit some luck because I did not predict current situation, more just taking money off the table when things went better than expected
