From the little bit of research I have done on this company, it would appear to be the perfect vehicle if a board was infact looking outside the square as you so nicely put it.
Less then 140 million shares, no debt and around 4 million in the bank suggests to me that it could be ready for some kind of transformation.
Throw in the recent board changes and you seem to have the icing on the cake.
Keeping a close on eye on this one.
