My posts don't specifically refer to a class action. Maybe I should have started a new thread.

Wavefront shareholders at this point in time include NXR and its shareholders.

There is no big talk. I'm simply stating the facts of what has occurred to bring us to this point.

Appointing three NXR shareholders to the board of WBT was a mistake.

One representative from NXR, one independent unrelated to NXR or WBT as was suggested and one WBT shareholder would have been a better balanced board.

Zhang, Steve Mason and Ed Sarver brought this action.

As this is the NXR thread. The above relates to NXR shareholders as that's all we've got. 40% of WBT.

Funding avenues will hopefully eventuate to keep NXR going. The last injection of funds by Lui was generous, but what did it achieve.

Without advising shareholders of a new prospect to invest in.....all we have is the 40% of WBT.

2 1/2 years is plenty of time to resolve issues with WBT and find another investment.

Without open communication from both boards (WBT did communicate well with shareholders prior to the new directors, since Lgs moved in Nothing!) we'll need to contact other agencies who will help.

What you are proposing is to continue to sit and wait for maybe another capital raising to,achieve what?

I've had enough of sitting and waiting.
