NXRs announcements initially confirmed WBT were achieving benchmarks on time and on budget. there was NO clause re forward looking statements, assumptions etc as a back up until early 2015. I believe it is as much NXR as well as WBT to conduct due diligence when spending shareholders funds.

You can also contact your local member or govt re above requesting criteria for grants and does the company provide a report of how and where the govt grants were spent.

There are far too many pump and dumps on the ASX. There was much information definitively asserting with confidence the technology had been tested and proven and would be commercialized in 2015.

I’m giving myself a date by which there should be a direction led by NXR as promised.
