Yes it is within my right to obtain financial information regarding the company and other information at anytime I wish.

All requests have been ignored/and or not repsponded to in this regard.

General information has been given, but no copy of financials and other documented vital information which you would be able to rely upon.

Regardless of what you think of Scott Gamble, he returned every call and supplied all information requested. (Monthly updates to shareholders etc).

When he was voted out, he had made the only progresss I can see/research into the progress of the technology. Employing one of/ if not the best scientist in the country specifically related to multimodal biometric analysis of data and ways to improve that data.

Sure he wasn't without some dubious Rascality, but he was in the process of improving the tech.

Since he left.....no further work on tech, just expansion of portfolio of patents (minimal) as reported in NXR announcements.
