How about we bring pressure to bear on the Nemex board to find a mining tenement and relist? That would be the quickest and easiest way to get out of suspension. At least we would then be able to write off our tax losses. I imagine that 249 from last year could still be brought to bear........
And yes we all want satisfaction, and it abhors me that people like SD and SG are walking away scott free. However, considering her ties to government, instead of a class action, it would be better to bring political pressure to bear on her as well as expose this sorry tale to the media.
