It's part of the natural cycle for reactors to be shut down after specified operation lives - the USA is now making noises about extending some of it's reactors and has 2 under construction, 14 planned and 28 proposed. It's true Germany has moved away from nuclear but we'll see how the economics of that hold up when they try to meet climate targets.
China is building more than enough to counter the closures of pretty much the rest of the world and still see a net increase.
Obviously the predicted bull market has taken longer than most predictions but evidence now indicates it has begun and not many analysts disagree that it's inevitable unless there's another black swan event...
