    I haven't argued the deal with Hillam was very smart on anyone's part. There were lots of errors on all sides. I guess everyone involved were people whose word was their bond. When you are like that you aren't quite equipped for the sort of shenanigans that went on. Subsequently the lawyer feast that constitutes our legal system didn't help anyone either.
    However as an 'on the ground' bloke I think Nick does a great job. I just hope he makes the right choices this time round.

    If you want to see how you get really screwed by management in a situation like this have a look at HLX. It initially had more potential than CAP had with an apparent substantial Magnetite resource and a number of other good projects. All that's been done is ask shareholders for more money while frittering away scarce cash on their own well-being and hair-brained schemes.
    Now compared to that Nick is a brilliant strategist!!!! More than anything else Nick cares about his shareholders. Not many give a rats!
