I goofed!
I did not turn the page re the list of s/h who signed up for the Pre-bid Agreement.

On the second page included Resource & land Mgt Services p/l - so they did accept.

i thought I should clarify that issue.

Also I think Berne Nominees is associated with RBS Morgans.

So if Jardan is correct (and I have no idea of that myself), and Angus Douglas is connected with RBS Morgans also, then the Berne/Douglas association speaks for a huge number of shares of MOS !
