I guess you have to ask yourself; Are you a short term or a long term trader. Are you a follower or a leader. Is the glass half full or half empty.
Joke; two traders were out to lunch, a sharp knife fell off the table and stuck into one of the traders foot. Why didn't you shift your foot the other trader said, the reply was, I thought it was going to turn around and head back up again.
For what it's worth, I'm sticking with SBM this week.
