Never too late, IMO. As it is impossible to pick the bottom, it is impossible to pick the top.
We might not make anywhere near what some of the lucky or smart ones will, but worse case if a 10%, 20% or 30% from here covers some of your previous losses then it's still well worth it. A 10 bagger may be just around the corner but in the meantime, you have to "put bread on the table".
