I think my recent post in response to Silver Foxes 46 thread is still relevant.Hi SilverFox,
I welcome your critique, the good thing about this forum is that it allows the exchange of such dialogue.
EVENTS:
* Shareprice @ float November 2016 75 cents, low SP 6.4cents ( currently 10.5cents). I think the market just called it.
* Capital raised and spent $20 Million in just over 14 months.
* New debt raised $1.6m (Gross) . Coupled with a estimated cash burn rate of $400k pcm, likely only to be a short term fix.
*Treasurers Ban on MIT's holding Residential Property ( other tha "Affordable Husing") still in place.
*Federal Court Appeal. At the time of the CEO's quote to the AFR on the 12th January 2018 no Appeal had been lodged. The Appeal was lodged on the 25th January 2018, possibly "out of time". The Australia Government Solicitor has filed another Application on the behalf of the Commissioner of Tax on the 2nd of February 2018. Perhaps DCL could enlighten us as to what that Application is for.
I am not sure you have uncovered any great mystery regarding my motivations for the plight of Domacom's investors . Its been on record in this forum for many months. With the above track record it might be time for the existing management and board to make way for a new team and a capital restructure.
IMO I think we should all take a moment to remember that Domacom is a Publicly listed company and not a private vehicle for seed investors.
