PrimAus thanks for that. I am not too familiar with TIM's horticultural interests. Needless to say it is a difficult industry to crack profitably and particularly for the corporates. I wouldn't touch any listed company trying to profit from any form of agricultural production. Better (safer) to play the input producers IMO.
Not a big fan of forestry either.
ETL TFC are in a similar position where they are sitting on very very prime land. I don't think shareholders have any leverage to this asset.
