Thanks Dejavoo. If KSC do not put out an announcement soon, I'll think about hassling them to do so, because the money involved is significant.

Transport is a difficult business to run well, and many trucking companies fail. Linfox seems to be travelling well, so why cannot KSC do better than it has done over the last decade, especially now that it is in a position to gain some synergies by acquiring SCC?
